PTA Position


Dear PTA:

Why did you get into this profession to support physical therapists as you work collaboratively as a team to guide patient-clients to restore their physical well-being? If you are looking for a work environment that supports the impact that physical therapy has towards helping patient-clients recover from illness or injury and are willing to commit yourself to do the work to support the practice of physical therapy, this private PT-owned practice will meet those professional goals. You will be part of our team acting as a treatment partner throughout the ECRC-Physical Therapy experience by assisting our PT staff to restore our patient clients to their best level of function. You will work in an environment that fosters working one-on-one under the guidance of the PT staff. You will be working with a highly experienced and knowledgeable PT staff to collaborate and help you maximize the quality of the care you provide. We want you to use your education and experience within your scope of practice in the health, wellness and rehabilitation spheres to promote physical therapy.


Your job responsibilities include:

  • Consult with patients to learn about their conditions and symptoms that accompany their movement impairment to best help the PT staff maintain the most up to date conditions of our patient-clients and help them stay focused on their expectations and goals.
  • Observe and relay information to our PT staff on movement dysfunction and potential impairments by listening to our patient-clients, observing their movements and inform PT staff as you collaborate to address how the impairments affect the quality of life for our patient-clients.
  • Guide and follow through with an individualized treatment plan developed by our PT staff that is shared with our patients-clients.
  • Coach patients and teach them with a hands-on approach, helping our patient clients understand our approach and motivating them to perform the therapeutic exercises and activities that will lead them towards an improved physical condition.
  • Use hands-on manual techniques that are both practical and evidence-based skills to restore functional mobility. 
  • Assist the PT staff to maintain patient records that reflect the time and skill needed to address patient-client impairments.

New Opportunity For Probate and Paralegal/Assistant in Quincy, MA.

South Shore MA law firm expanding their probate department has an immediate need for an experienced probate assistant. Those interested must have recent probate administration experience. The firm is open to either full-time or part-time hours. Part-time salary and hours would be based on experience and flexibility needed in hours. The firm would offer some remote work for a part-time employee. Recently moving into a new office, the firm offers a friendly work environment and opportunities for growth.   • Assist multiple attorneys in all phases of probate administration, and document management.
  • Must have recent probate accounting experience.
  •  Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information for cases.
  • Review and summarize legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Coordinate with external parties, such as probate court personnel.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain the attorney's agenda.
  •  Provide administrative support to attorneys, including answering phones and managing correspondence.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with document management systems and electronic filing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document review and drafting.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.

Dynamic Quincy, MA Law Firm is looking to expand their staff within in the next 6 months. These positions are for established attorneys, and support staff. All positions are full-time in house. 1.  Estate Planning

Seeking established attorney with 5 plus years of experience designing and drafting Estate Planning documents. Familiarity with Corporate Tax Structure or an LLM in Taxation is helpful. Also seeking strong work ethic along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Looking for some portables.

 

2.  Civil Litigation

This position requires an experienced Litigation attorney with a minimum of 5 plus litigating civil cases in MA Superior Courts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft resolutions, votes, certificates, and other corporate documents, review contracts and provide correspondence to clients and other appropriate parties.
  • Assist with closings and preparation for client meetings.
  • Coordinate the legal due diligence process, creating and monitoring the electronic data room.
  • Prepare and submit UCC filings, Secretary of State filings, and other corporate governance matters.
