 A Versatile Massachusetts Litigator and Certified Mediator

This candidate's versatile civil and insurance defense practice ranging from the representation of Fortune 500 and 100 corporations to individuals, and includes both in-house and firm experience, makes this candidate a must for an interview. Client interaction is central to her practice, along with keeping the lines of communication with her clients open. Maintaining a good rapport with clients is of the utmost importance in every case, no matter the size. Mentoring has also been an important part of her career, and her gregarious nature lends itself well to leadership, teamwork, and client satisfaction.


Growing up in a medical family, with a surgeon father and a mother working in geriatrics, she is partial to medical liability in addition to products and premises liability, catastrophic injury, and toxic torts. For nearly two years, this candidate has added Pharma exposure to her repertoire. She is a strong public speaker, adept at written discovery, and has traveled for depositions in larger cases involving catastrophic injuries. Attorney Licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts 

A highly motivated associate attorney, six plus years out, is looking for a new opportunity that will capitalize on his strong litigation background and real estate knowledge. Previously he has worked in fast-paced offices with a concentration in plaintiff-oriented litigation, personal injury, and team management in a law office with a high volume of residential closings.


Prior to receiving his JD at RWU Law School, this candidate experienced in his internships, and as a law clerk has exposure in a broad area of practice areas, including business/commercial law, coordinating with corporate counsel developing litigation strategies concerning construction contracts, and authored a comprehensive report on various issues when interning at a Redevelopment Agency in Providence, RI.


He is ready for a new challenge in a firm that will utilize his previous experience, and provide a work-life balance where he is appreciated. His salary requirements are commensurate with his experience, along with benefits, and potential incentives. He is available to interview ASAP.

Attorney - Career Goal "Corporate Associate"

Education: Graduated from UMass Dartmouth Law School Cum Laude in 2021; admitted to the MA Bar in December 2021

 

Previous Experience: Hired out of law school in December of 2021 with a small Yarmouth corporate firm, he started focusing his search closer to the Braintree area where he resides, and became affiliated as an attorney with a mobile tower group where he is presently employed

 

Responsibilities: In his present position, he is responsible for drafting commercial leases, amendments, easements, and purchases among other transactions

 

Extra-Curricular Involvement: Senior fellow during law school where he assisted clients in pro-bono transactional representations; he has also been active in his community where during law school he worked as a staff intern for the Department of Planning and Community Development

 

Activities: Avid golfer

Massachusetts Litigation Assistant

Having a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and a Paralegal Certificate on top of that assures that this candidate will be a great addition to your office. 

While attending college to receive her degrees, she worked as a paralegal with two real estate firms, and as a Service Specialist with a realty group.


After obtaining her degrees she was hired as a Litigation Paralegal. She remained in that position for the past nine years. She is only opening up her job search at this time due to the firm going through a merger which led to a downsizing in staff. The merger was announced in January of 2023, and my applicant stayed on till June of this year. She has been invaluable to the firm. 


Her goal is to find another plaintiff litigation opportunity. She loves helping people and would like to be able to continue in that role. She is used to working for multiple attorneys and handling a large volume of cases. She has a strong working knowledge of the Massachusetts Courts.


Her salary range is commensurate for a smaller Boston Law firm. She is available to interview ASAP.

Massachusetts Litigation Paralegal/ Office Manager

This candidate relocated from her country to the United States in 2021 because she was accepted into the Master of Laws  (L.L.M.) program at Suffolk University. She received her degree in May of 2022. Prior to relocation to the United States, she had received her L.L.B. in 2018. That degree in her country was comparable to a JD in the United States. With prior internships before she received her degree, and her time working as an Associate Attorney, she had five-plus years of legal experience in her country before relocating.


This candidate is presently working as an office manager/paralegal in a smaller Boston firm. at this stage in her career, she is looking to gain more support experience in a larger environment and wants to build more connections prior to sitting for the Bar. She would like to wait a minimum of 3-4 years before she contemplates an attorney role. Her salary requirements are that of a paralegal for a smaller Boston law firm, and she is available ASAP by giving her present employer a two-week notice.

Office Support professional – AP & AR/ Mass. Notary Public.

This candidate has worked as a support professional for over 30 years in finance and is a Massachusetts Notary Public. She has a strong background as a full charge bookkeeper previously in the offices of general contracting and construction. She is presently working as a consultant/bookkeeper utilizing her strong AR/AP skills in collections, and other office support needs. This candidate has a strong technical background and is proficient in SAP, QuickBooks, Peachtree, and MS Office.

 

This candidate would love to be able to utilize her strong accounting background in a legal environment. She previously attended Northeastern University working towards her B.S. in Criminal Justice. She feels that her knowledge is easily transferable to a law firm or a legal department in a corporation.

 

She is available ASAP to interview but will be required to give two weeks’ notice to her present employer. Her salary is commensurate with her background, and she is looking for a complete benefit plan.
